SENT ON AUGUST 2004

We just finished reviewing the new proposal which subdivides each phase to 2
for a total of 12 phases instead of 6.

What's the difference? NOTHING!!!! and the worst of it all is, they will be
chopping more trees and clearing vegetation at Carlton road. It's like
adding insult to injury! A slow death to all the people who will be
affected! and over six(6) acres of native florida vegetation destroyed!
After all we can't really see the dust that causes silicosis! and the water
supply is underground - very invisible! Traffic and noise stay the same.
Damaged to Glades Cutoff road and other road of destination will still be
the same! The difference is only the drawings!

Of course, Dickerson-Florida and LBFH, Inc. must think we are too stupid to
see that there is no difference with this new proposal. Oh, I'm sorry, but
there is a difference. Having a private road inside the grove to exit/enter
to Glades Cutoff road would mean over 35 miles an hour speed, or NO SPEED
LIMIT AT ALL! That means Carlton Road still stays unpaved, more dust
strirred and such a pity that those orange trees will be even more caked
with dusts- less photosynthesis for the plantsand longer fruit cleaning and
processing!

What does a twelve foot barrier would do at the area where they will be
mining? Not much. Air will still carry the dust higher meaning more dust
will be airbourne farther from the site! Having two dusty entrance to
Carlton road would mean twice the dust!

After I emailed the mapped visual modflow result on the aerial shot of the
proposed mining - which I'm not sure if the 6 important people received, as
the email I sent them bounced back to me.Suddenly, they have to modify the
plans! Looks like they don't even know what they're doing!
